Questions
Are digital logs accepted by inspectors?
Many authorities accept digital records that are dated, attributed and kept for the required period, but rules vary. Check with your local authority what they expect.
Which safe ranges are pre-filled?
Common defaults (for example 0–5°C for chilled storage, −18°C or below for frozen, 63°C or above for hot holding) are editable to match your local regulations and HACCP plan.
What if the phone has no signal in the walk-in?
Readings are saved on the phone and sync when it reconnects.
