These terms apply to the BrigadeKit website at brigadekit.space, including the free calculators and templates (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Marbel Group LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Marbel Group", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. The free tools

The calculators and templates are provided free of charge for general guidance. They run in your browser and do not store the figures you enter. Results depend entirely on the information you provide. You are responsible for checking figures before using them for pricing, ordering or compliance decisions.

2. Food safety templates

Our food-safety templates (such as the HACCP temperature log and cleaning checklist) are general examples. They are not legal advice and do not replace your own HACCP plan or the requirements of your local food authority, which you must follow.

3. Early access and the BrigadeKit service

Joining early access does not create a subscription or any payment obligation. When the BrigadeKit app becomes available to you, use of the paid service will be governed by separate subscription terms that we will show you before you start a trial or subscribe.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at a volume that affects other users, or submit forms automatically or with false information.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, the BrigadeKit name and logo, and the content are owned by Marbel Group or its licensors. You may print and use the templates inside your own business. You may not resell or republish them as your own product. Photographs are used under the Unsplash licence and credited on the pages where they appear.

6. No warranty

The Site and free tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Marbel Group is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site or the free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
