Prep lists
Tomorrow's prep list, written before you get in.
BrigadeKit builds each day's prep list from expected covers, prep pars and what is already in the walk-in. The team works through it on a phone or tablet; you see progress from anywhere.

Prep par × expected covers, minus what is already made. No more guessing how much purée to make.
By station and by person
Split the list by station, assign items and see who did what.
Less waste, fewer 86s
Making what you need, not what you made last Tuesday, cuts both waste and running out mid-service.
