What we collect
- Early-access sign-ups: your email address and, if you give them, your name, business name, kitchen type, number of locations and the plan you are interested in.
- Template requests: your email address and which template you asked for.
- Contact messages: your name, email address, topic and message.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit form abuse and appears in our hosting provider's server logs.
The calculators run in your browser. The figures you type into them are not sent to us or stored by us.
Why we use it
- To set up your early-access account and tell you when it is ready (our legitimate interest, or steps you asked us to take).
- To reply to your messages.
- To send you product news if you joined early access or asked for templates. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting.
- Resend: delivering form submissions to our team by email.
These providers may process data in the United States. Where the law requires it, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Early-access and template data: until you ask us to delete it or 24 months after our last contact with you. Contact messages: as long as needed to deal with your request, then up to 24 months.
Your rights
