Billing questions
What counts as a location?
Any kitchen with its own stock and menu. A central production kitchen that supplies your sites counts as one location on the Group plan.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial needs no card. At the end you pick a plan, or your account becomes read-only until you do.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for 10 months and get 12. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from settings; changes are prorated.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Recipes, ingredients, prices and food safety logs can be exported to CSV and PDF, including after you cancel.
